I looked at the Trapp when I was buying a new muffler and I noticed that it looked like a universal model and from what you are saying it sounds to be true. Not that a universal muffler isn't any good but for $205.00 I would think they could give ya a custom fit. I decided on the Jardine and I'm so glad I did it looks great, fits perfect, and no leaks what so ever. The Jardine fits the style of the Savage also, the Trapp's megphone design looks to me like something that should be on an '80s GS Suzuki. ..........Scorpion............
